I inquired about leagues with no commissioners and was told CSL, NGL, EEL, and QPL. All 3 are not what I'm looking for as the degree of scumbag in each league is high. Supposedly EAL has some Flip guy, you know the goober who booked EAL vs HWLs Virus stable a few cycles back and got their asses handed to them. So that leaves IML who the IWA told me their commish sent in about half a page of rambling. I'm interested in IML so will be keeping an eye on the league in case the opportunity arises to add to the COH Network.
