This champion was previously used in COH Superstars. It was unified with the COH Extreme Action championship. Once the Extreme Action Championship was unified with the COH Hardcore Championship this title sat in a safe in the COH Office.
Once the Heritage Championship tournament is over there will be an 8 man tournament to crown a new champion. There will be 6 WSL wrestlers and 2 HWL wrestlers, one of which will be the COH World Champion.
