At one point ICW ran a show every cycle featuring 4-8 matches. Since there are only two leagues left, ICW matches are now booked on COH events.
The plan is to keep these titles separate from COH titles as there is always a chance for new leagues to become part of ICW.

Until further notice, the only ICW Championship that will be defended on a regular basis will be the ICW World Championship. The current champion is David The Destroyer

I've been debating what to do with the ICW World Championship as of late. The title is defended with the COH World Championship each time but I've had some MEL and WSL managers ask if they can have a shot at the ICW World Championship if they can't face the COH World Champion. I like the fact that the COH World Championship is part of a triple crown world championship but at the same time I can say I 100% have no plans to split the COH and HWL World Championships up. This is definitely something to think about but at the same time if we separate the ICW World Championship from the triple crown then that title would then need to be unified with the COH New Class Championship as there would be no need for both. Decisions, decisions...
