I remember the glorious days of the bulk rate when you would receive one mailing per week from the IWA. So Iron and Steel leagues would be mailed on Thursdays and 9 out of 10 times you'd receive those bulletins on Saturday. But apparently a lot has changed since then. No more bulk rate, well at least a bulk rate that all managers receive. Yes i know some managers have some sort of deal worked out with the IWA as the game is afraid of losing more players and to be honest something existing for a handful of managers is a slap in my face and a main reason why i play one league now but this post is about the mail...or is it 
See the bulk rate is gone and now the reasonable delivery with the mail is a thing of the past as well. A manager in one league, say an iron league that is posted on a Tuesday, ready to be mailed Tuesday afternoon can't receive a bulletin within 3 days?!? That's a sad statement but a glaring sign of problems within the game gentlemen. How can you justify not receiving a bulletin in a 2-day service area within 3 days...you can't.
I like the IWA, enjoy playing the game for what's coming to close to a 10 year anniversary but truly believe the quality in the game and how they care for the customers is truly slipping. And I'm not talking about "Kim" as "she" goes out of her way to do the best she can. This post is directed at the owners who after all these years have done little to nothing to bring something new or interesting to the table. The writing is on the wall and it says, "WE THE IWA LOVE TAKING YOUR MONEY ONCE EVERY 3 WEEKS AND HAVE YET TO PROVIDE ANYTHING SPECIAL SINCE OUR DEBUT OVER 25 YEARS AGO! WE FAVOR CERTAIN MANAGERS SO DEAL WITH IT!" I hated typing that but its true.
I'm curious to see if when I come home this evening if there will be a bulletin in the mail. I doubt it...
**FYI i have a background in postal service as i worked for both UPS and USPS. Where the IWA is located its 2, sometimes 2 1/2 service to NY. An iron bulletin should be received by Friday, Saturday at the latest. Not Saturday the earliest with Monday or Tuesday the likely date**
