It has recently been brought up that we have never really had a tag tournament besides the Deadly Duo. So after thinking about it, COH officials have decided to hold a Best Of The Best: Tag Team tournament.
What we'll do is take the World & National champions along with the other top 6 teams in the league andsee who the best is. The winning team will split $200,000 and receive a title shot. If a champion wins then they will be able to face the other champion or ICW tag champions.
Teams and matches will be posted before next cycle. This tournament will begin as soon as we reach the BOTB 6man finals.

As of now the plan is to include teams from APO, EDGE, FTW, and possibly the INK Bloodshed Brawlers. With that said I believe FTW has been inactive for the last couple cycles. If they are inactive then they will be replaced. To determine the replacement, tnere could be a match booked on Combag Zone. More on this soon.

Final decision on last two spots will be made this cycle. It is believed that the EDGE team may have left the league. Also FTW has let COH officials know that they have signed on for a upstart deathmatch league in Japan and will be off COH events for the time being.

This years BOTB Tag is over but we will have a tag tournament early 2015 plus the Deadly Duo tournament.
